Summer School on Human Rights and Transitional Justice

The Hague, 2-6 July 2012

The Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies is organising a summer school on Human Rights and Transitional Justice. The general theme will be "Truth, Justice and Rule of Law Reform".  course will focus on four sub themes:

● The Right to Truth and Access to Justice

● Human Rights Approaches to Justice, Fairness and Remedies

● Transitional Societies and Rule of Law Reform

● Truth, Justice and Rule of Law Reform.

The course will be concluded with a round table discussion on the Arab Spring and Transitional Justice Mechanisms.
